Over the past 25 years, MDG has completed over $1 billion worth of commercial projects ranging in size from $1.5 million to $35 million including the following. Completed Projects:
FedEx Express, multiple projects
Perhaps one of the most pertinent demonstrations of our ability is the fact that we have successfully completed twenty-two projects for Federal Express during the past fifteen years and have others under construction and in the pre-development phase. The projects range in size from 10,500 SF up to 153,000 SF and cover a geographic area of 13 different states from coast to coast. At the beginning of 2000, we signed an exclusive Master Development Agreement with the FedEx Express division of FedEx Corp. to complete 50% of their ongoing domestic developments on an open book, fixed return basis. In 2002 we were awarded 100% of their domestic developments.

This $7.2 million dollar build-to-suit facility was completed in Poway, California, near San Diego. K-Tube is a national manufacturer of precision metal tubing and part of the Cook Group out of Indiana. These relationships are a result of our demonstration of an extremely high level of expanded services and our ability to deliver quantifiable “bottom-line” value to our clients.
